Don’t rent !

If you want to feel unsafe, have homeless people walk up to your door at all times, and get your vehicles stolen this is the perfect place to rent. The property management needs to do a better job at making sure that only tenants have access to their unit. Anyone can literally walk the hallways and the parking lot anytime they please. I know bakersfield has had an issue with homeless and I agree that this isn’t the best area to live in but wow! I get so many homeless people ringing my doorbell... at midnight. I’ve had my car stolen from here and just yesterday my truck got broken into. Every single night I get bad anxiety knowing that there’s people in our parking lot just looking inside our cars. It’s frustrating! The homeless are kicking down the walls from the restaurant next door and they’re always inside the trash. It’s a huge mess!!! Embarrassing actually. This is not a safe place to live, trust me. Unless the owner decides to put up a fence or something to make the tenants feel safe, he/ she is going to keep losing tenants. Yes they’re replaceable but in the long run the owner will start losing money having to shut down units and having to replace carpets and getting the unit ready for a new tenant. The ladies at the front desk who work for the property management are the rudest people I’ve ever met. Don’t even bother calling them. I am definitely looking for a new place to live.
