the area is residential, far from the main streets. the only thing that is making loud noises are the kids. Old building, easy to hear the next door or upper neighbors, bathroom has no proper ventilation. stove, oven, vent are old. there's a parking spot but not gated, my car got broken into 2 months ago. they don't have surveillance cam.
