Such a gross complex. Come by and ask a tenant here their experience. They will all tell you how they're tired of the management doing a terrible job. Maintainence takes forever and they don't do a good job fixing anything. Pool is filthy and there's nothing available to clean it with. Keys don't work on door locks. Cockroaches, ants, spiders and mice will make their way into your unit because of damaged drywall. I saw a tenant urinating in the parking lot and homeless people entering the... garage to search dumpster for cans.

I have been a tenant for 15 plus years, I have gone thru 7 manager.New Management made good decision of removing previous Manager Jose and his Assistant Isis, they were the laziest people I have ever seen. Thanks god! Yolanda is back and she have made some good improvement in our community. Maintenance service needs improvement. Property is clean and well kept. I am giving 5 stars because I live here and for the service that Yolanda gives us.

This apartment looks great on the outside! It actually has very nice renovated apartments as well. The only major issue I had with this complex was that maintenance would take a long time to fix anything! The management were not helpful. However, there is new management now and they are working to make things better. Another thing I did not like was that the neighbors from across the street, would make their way over to our side and in our pool. So, the pool is always crowded with non-residence.... The gym equipment is either not working or old. Overall, its not a horrible place to live. But when you have guest it will be hard for them to find parking! You have to be extremely lucky to find street parking.
