RENTAL TERMS:

This fully furnished and appointed studio home is available for a single individual on a monthly basis with a very small deposit and a one-time cleaning fee. If you are bringing a non-barking, small dog, who is quiet and non aggressive, there is no additional pet deposit. The price is includes ALL utilities, including electricity, water, premium cable TV and fast WIFI, air conditioning, as well as free dual laundry facilities. Housekeeping services every month. Also included are fine furniture, all linens, towels, kitchen equipment and small appliance. Those will really add up each month if you pay them separately, but here they are included in the monthly price.

There is a 1 month minimum, however you may stay much longer. And unlike many summer-only rentals that are available only a few months or where you must leave by a certain date, this month-to month tenancy can be extended as needed.
