How Is This Rating Determined?

7/29/15

Low Income

I was lucky to get into these apartments but the saying is true you get what you pay for. The walls are extremely thin, there is mold, bugs, the mgt constantly makes surprise "inspections" you can hear everything your neighbors say and do. The kids are constantly messing with your cars and leaving trash around the complex and if it weren't so expensive to live in a really complex I would have been gone day one so I stick it out.
