This is a great place to live! Apartment is a perfect size and layout. I love that it's quiet. Management is great! I will stay here until I can afford a house.

People just letting there dogs out to go poop or walking them and not picking up the poop!

Dog poop in front of my door, on walk way , or in plant area stinks kids stepped in. I believe all owners need to be fined. It has to stop it’s so disgusting.

We are 100% satisfied with our stay at Apartment Renew 4247. The apartments are spacious, well designed and comfortable. The laundry room and the pool are always clean and functional. The territory is beautiful, well maintained and clean. The location is great, everything is nearby, including the school. The staff is very polite and friendly. Maintenance requests are answered in a timely manner. If you are looking for a place where corporate money is not required, then this place is definitely... Renew 4247.
