Comfortable ranch style home located in Agate Bay. This 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom home has sleeping arrangements for up to 10 adults including the sleeper sofa pull-out in the living room.

The home has dining space for 8, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and a large wood burning fireplace for chilly Tahoe nights. Home has cable television in the living area as well as wireless internet. The primary suite has a queen bed, double door closet and a private bathroom with shower. The next bedroom sleeps 4 in 2 sets up bunk beds (4 singles total). The third and final bedroom is near the front of the house and has a double/full bed. Off the hallway is an over sized full bathroom with tub-shower combo and bright double vanity.

Check-in directly at property using the lock box. There’s also a 1 car garage to keep your car snow free on snowy winter days!
Bear wire surrounds the house.

Home is centrally located near Carnelian Bay's shops, casinos, restaurants and beaches. Also just a short drive to many local resorts such as Northstar California, Palisades Tahoe and Homewood.

• Deposit equals 1 month’s rent with ski lease term paid in advance.
• No pets allowed.
• Home has electrified bear deterrent wires at the doors and windows.
• Parking for 2 or maybe 3 vehicles in the paved, flat driveway and single car garage. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
• AWD/4WD vehicles are strongly advised during the winter months.
• Renter's Insurance Required for duration of ski lease.
• Snow Plow Contract to be obtained by Owner once lease is signed. Tenant shall reimburse owner for the cost of seasonal service in full.

RATES

***Rate includes 2 hours of housekeeping service each month, cable & internet, water/sewer, trash, parking.***
