Rivue is a great community perfect for family. We have been residents for 3 years now and we love living here. Their staff is amazing and makes you feel like home. Everyone is really friendly!

The apartments are absolutely beautiful with nice finishes and simple luxuries. The location and mountain views are breathtaking. The community is well maintained and relatively peaceful. It has been such a pleasure living here and look forward to a great living experience.

This is my girlfriend’s & I first apartment & we are loving it. We are going into our third week living here & we are really happy with our place. Everything works, neighbors are respectful & the location of Rivue is super convenient.

I have been in Rivue for almost 3 years now. Overall, I recommend the apartment complex for a relatively quiet area to live in. I haven't really had TOO many complaints. I take care of my space and don't really mingle too much with the neighborhood, so it's pretty peaceful for me. There have been a few cases of theft and vandalism on my front door, but nothing too extreme. I just wish security features were better. Rivue is walkable from a lot of things like retail shops, restaurants, and the... Otay Ranch outdoor mall. I don't have kids but there are a lot of parks where kids can play. There are a few trails if you like walking. The units are modern style with built in appliances including washer & dryer.
