What a mess
I'm not a resident but I called and asked for a tour of the facility. I made an appointment with Rick and when I arrived the office was locked. Almost 10 minutes after the scheduled appointment someone from the office finally saw me at the door and opened it. The lady who talked to me made me seem like I was a burden for showing up. The man Rick I scheduled the appointment with apparently had the day off so she was forced to take me. On the tour I noticed all of the complex looked run down. The... buildings need painted and exterior wood looked rotted away. The apartment I toured seemed nice and updated and I would have signed a lease right then but the woman showing me around was just so rude it left a bad taste in my mouth. It looked like they were updating the property because we ran into a million workers.
