last week i checked my mail and it had been about a month since the last time i checked so i thought it would be full but it barely had anything in it. i thought it was weird and that someone broke into the mailbox but i thought that was just crazy. well, this morning i went to check my mail and the mail box compartments were ALL OPEN. i told management but they didn't seem to care too much.

ROACHES!
I had to move after being there for 1 year and continues pest control treatment every 2-3 weeks. They have a roach infestation. My brother moved in and his apartment had roaches too, but not as bad a mine. DO not move here! Pulled the stove out from its place and there was a family of huge roaches that live in the foundation. Both of our neighbors moved, that Thursday pest control came to spray their apartment and all the roached they had migrated to our place. spraying does not fix it. they... need to move everyone and completely bomb the entire unit.

We are deeply discouraged by this characterization of our community as it is not indicative of the comfortable home life nor level of service that we strive to provide and that many of our residents enjoy here. Please know, we take reports of pests... seriously and have procedures in place to combat this issue should it ever arise. We also offer weekly spraying to prevent this issue to begin with. We encourage any current resident who may be experiencing an issue within their home to please reach out to the office for assistance. Our team cares deeply for all those who call our community home and we regret that you received the opposite impression.

conflicted tenant
I love my apartment i have been here years. Several individuals in the office are AMAZING and every time you call you pray it will be them that answers the phone. All the property lights by the back pool area are out my neighbors and myself have brought it to the office attention. Every individual gives a difference reason for the darkness. I have tripped and fallen over rocks that people put on the sidewalk and you cant see in the dark. Maintenance is amazing when they get your work order ive... been waiting to get some things fixed since last year.

YOU KNOW THE SAYING: "NEVER JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER"
I left Sacramento in 2016 but was compelled to write a review in 2019 after having some bad flash back of this place that haunted me in my sleep. Management is very nice, professional and the place "seems" perfect at first. I rented a 600 sq. ft. 1 bedroom hidden in the back in the north-east corner. Had privacy but later regretted. Moved in on day 1. No hot water. Sink garburator worked but did not drain properly. Called management out and they got the hot water working that night. Sink... clog was supposedly fixed the next day, but was still clogged. After about 2 calls again, they finally fixed the sink. No assigned parking so I had to park about 10 mins walk away for several nights. Assigned parking finally given but had too many instances where others park in my stall. I called the towing company on 5 instances. So yes, parking is a nightmare. Others (tenants or guests of tenants) deliberately park in your assigned parking stall even when there are signs posted. All seems fine, until I returned from my 2 week Christmas vacation. My apartment was broken into by a very clever individual who happened to pry open the dead bolt with a custom tool. How the heck did this person pry open a dead bolt which it is supposed to lock when you turn the knob. I suspected that the dead bolt was installed improperly and reported this to the maintenance personal that came to change my lock. I later found out by my own investigation that they dead bolt was installed incorrectly. There was not enough gap in the opposite site of the lock to engage the locking mechanism and one is able to easily unlock with say a screw driver. I fixed the lock myself. Luckily only a few items were stolen and I had rental insurance. After the break-in, I slept with a large knife near me. I was tempted to go and buy a 9-mm Glock. Air conditioning unit can never keep up with the heat at night in the summer; air filters were never cleaned; neighboring units smoking pot and the pot smell will get into the apartment late at night. All management did was send out bulletins. This went on for more than 3-4 months until the tenants downstairs moved out and the smell miraculously went away. New tenants decides to smoke pot on their porch and the smell enters the apartment via open window (remember my air conditioning unit can never keep up at night so I sleep with the windows open in the bedroom). Yes, I am very glad I left this place. Good riddance. New tenants BEWARE!

Poor management, cheap interior design
Apartment has UNSEALED granite countertops which makes everything stain including water. Plus stainless steel appliances will scratch very easily even if you aren’t scrubbing them with anything you aren’t supposed to. Also every time I speak with management they are rude to me. Makes me not as happy living here when I have to interact with them.
