Amazing staff and property!
I just moved into Providence Point a little over a month ago, and I must say, I'm impressed. The office staff has been absolutely phenomenal with my every need! All work orders for maintenance have been addressed right away and completed that same day or within 24 hours. The apartment and grounds are kept up. Not to mention how quiet it is and friendly our neighbors are. This place truly feels like home for me and my family!

Warning ??
I would not recommend wasting your time renting here. We made a poor decision renting from Providence Pointe Apartments. The management team is awful. Each time you go to the office there is someone new, no one knows what’s going on. They try to over charge you when your renewal is due. The pictures listed are not accurate, the landscaping is terrible, the gym, laundry room is not updated. If you need something fixed, it will be a short fix. The apartments are not updated, but you will pay the... price as if it was. This company does not care about the tenants, or their concerns only your money and what they can take from you.
Not worth the money, and definitely not a home environment.

worst rental experience ever
Apartment was painted and new carpet put in prior to move in, but previous tenant had been a smoker and pretty soon cigarette smoke seeped into all of our belongings. Our hair, food, furniture all reeked of smoke. Management was somewhat helpful in addressing the issue but never corrected it. We had to move out early, 4 months later due to our 2 year old getting sick from the third hand smoke. There were cockroaches in the apartment and mice in the garage. $500 of our rental deposit was unfairly... kept, with claims of cleaning fees. We were overcharged for cleaning fees. Living here was a nightmare and moving out and getting only part of our deposit was a disappointment.

Property Manager at Providence Pointe responded to this review
We did apologized for the unfortunate smoke smell and as you know we tried different ways to get rid of the smell. In the end, we let you out of your agreement without any penalties. The biggest portion of the money you were charged was for pet... damage. If there are any other charges you want to dispute, please feel free to contact our corporate office and the supervisor will be happy to look into those for you.

Providence Pointe
Me and my fiance were living in this apartment for a little over a year already. It's a perfect place for working people who like to come home to a cozy and quiet place. We have a two bedroom and two bathroom apartment. It's really cute, especially with a little cute garage and patio. Office management is a little slow to respond. They never usually return your calls, so if you need to get something done it is better to go to the office and to management one on one. Other than that I really like... apartment and community.

Where the space is small but the rent is high
I love my apartment. It is my home, it's comfortable and I always feel secure. It has a great pool and a fitness center and the laundry room is right outside my apartment (although a trek for pretty much everyone else). It is 700 square feet and it works for me, my dog, and my cat. (Pet friendly is a huge plus!) With how much space I get, my rent is pretty high though and when it came under new management last year just TWO DAYS before I moved in, they wanted to raise my rent! They ended up... making an exception for me, but will end up raising it $200 if I don't renew my lease as opposed to just $100. It's a great place, I just wish it was either a little bigger or a little less. Compared to what is around it, it should be.
