This is one of the best apartments complexes I have ever lived at. Kristen, the property manager, and Ion, the maintenance guy, are both very responsive to issues, and the place is kept clean and quiet.

I’ve lived at Meadow Ridge apartments for 2 years now and I’ve been incredibly happy. It’s quiet, well maintained, and close to the Nugget shopping center. There’s always plenty of parking.
The maintenance man, Ion, has been amazing. If I put in a work order, he promptly arrives to fix it without issue. He installed a brand new sink with some upgrades (dual spray mode with hose) for us today due to a mild leak. He exceeded my expectations and I love my new sink. Thank you!

I have been here for over two years now and this is the best complex I have lived in my 6 years in Davis. The maintenance person (Ion) is super friendly and really knows his craft! He is also super attentive to detail in his work and really makes life easier for the tenants here.
The landlord, Kristen, is also very friendly and responsive to her community's needs. She takes time of make sure the property is a safe and quiet place for all to live!
This is one of the most peaceful properties to... be at in a busy college town. Definitely worth taking a look as a new or returning student or just someone looking for something new!

This property is so beautiful. Fruit trees. A fountain. A pool and a hot tub! Kristen, the manager, is one of the best people on this planet. I lived here for three years, moved away for work, and came back here when I got the chance because she is so great at taking care of things. Ion fixes everything well whenever needed. I'm so grateful to him for all the help he's given me. Plus this location is right by Starbucks and Nugget and I-80 and Willow Creek Park with an entrance to the Greenway... that will take you straight to UC Davis. It's perfect here. Pet-friendly too! ????????

I moved here in February. Both management and the maintenance staff have been a pleasure to deal with. Kristen (Community Director) is very communicative and keeps everyone up-to-date on what’s happening in and around the community. Ion (maintenance staff) is amazing. He is very responsive to requests and does everything he can to make sure the tenants are happy, and he is personable and prompt. Sidenote, you cannot beat the location – being able to walk to the Nugget market is amazing!
