ROACHES We have roaches all over our apartments and in the hallways/laundry rooms. No fumigation is happening and nothing is being done about the roaches. On top of that we have a lot of people parked in red zones and in front of trash cans making it hard to throw away your trash. Also there are people inside the trash cans all the time digging through our trash and there is no security at all they are never on site

Packages getting stolen 2 of my packages have been stolen now and when i have talked to the front desk crew, they tell me they will get back to me and never do. I feel like i cannot comfortably order packages without the possible risk of it being stolen.

Speedy, efficient service Submitted a request and at the end of the day, was taken care of early the next day, quickly and cleanly by the onsite staff! Always friendly and quick!
