Good Place to Live!

I have been a resident at the Anniversary Apartments complex since 2010. The complex is in a good location, just minutes from the I-8 freeway. You can be in Lakeside, Santee, or Alpine in 10 minutes. The complex is close to many services: restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, mechanics, and banks. The complex is very quiet and secure, with gates at the front and parking entrances. The management team is very responsive when something is not working in an apartment. They also take care of... the grounds, pest control, the swimming pool, and the BBQ/grill area.

Great property management staff.

It’s great to have managers on site. Things are handled efficiently. However, have experienced a number of years of rent increases that do not reflect as far as aesthetics the of property.
