Awesome Community
Crime free and quiet is the best way to describe this place. I have lived here 6years with my husband and kids and we love being here. Finding an affordable place is hard, but the Royal offers affordable living in the midst of a busting street with access to local restaurants, stores, transportation, and schools! It is small in square footage but the manager and maintenance guy are accommodating and welcoming. Never had a problem! I love living here! If you can get in... This is the place to be!

AWESOME MANAGER!
THE MANAGER ROBIN GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND ANYONE I HAVE DEALT WITH AS FAR AS MANAGEMENT GOES!! SHE IS KIND AND KEEPS EVERYTHING ON PROPERTY PERFECT! IT IS QUIET AND WELL TAKEN CARE OF! BEING IN A WHEELCHAIR CAN BE CHALLENGING BUT WITH HER HERE I NEVER HAVE TO WAIT FOR ANY ASSISTANCE/REPAIRS. ITS A WONDERFUL PLACE TO BE.
