White Rock Village Apartments

The big tear never fixes anything but they claim they do to the office. They don't give notices they come in your house whenever they want they leave a mess with their dirty boots. The older one is beyond rude talks down to the tenants and treats them as they are stupid. The worst is they lie lie lie lie. This apartment complex is a joke don't let anyone fool you.

Organized nicely for drive in. Great garages attached. Nice washer and dryer supplied.

The building needs walking area and areas for children to ride bikes. Also needs recreations room with exercise equipment. Needs a pool in the HOT SACRAMENTO WEATHER.

Space is very big, four bedroom. Reasonably priced. Perfect view. Management is wonderful. So many activities for the kids. Close to shops and schools. I don't have all the words. It is perfect for either small families or large families. Two playgrounds on site, even washer and dryer in unit. With garages. Last thing I can say is, it is just perfect for my family of 7.

Very family oriented, helpful staff, respectful residents, and most of all an amazing landlord helping me out of my lease due to mutiple conflicts with my roommate! Never dreamed of having a landlord who actually cares to ensure that all residents feel safe!
