management should have some training. staff rude and they do not solve issues that arrive between tenants

The staff is very unprofessional. Look elsewhere.

My husband and I lived at Bella Vista for almost three years. We were overall happy, and the apartments themselves are well-arranged with newer appliances.

The management could use some customer service overhaul.

The property is managed by MG Properties, a much larger corporation, so there is very little in the way of personal touches or the like. They are not very friendly and are sluggish to respond.

The amenities, such as the pool, fitness center, business center, and clubhouse have... been unavailable since March 2020, but there has been no change in rent or any type of credit to reflect this.

Several cars had their windows shot out in 2019, with the getaway car destroying the back gate, and management was not open about the situation. We had to find out through the news and word of mouth.

Additionally, as other reviews mention, parking is extremely limited as parents and people who visit the park frequently take up spots inside the complex because although there is a coded gate, it is often left open throughout the day and weekends. There is no monitoring to ensure only residents are parked inside.

My Car and my wife's car keeps getting broken into because there is not enough parking spots. There has been approximately 25car break ins in the last 6 weeks. A few even inside the gate. Front gate is always broken, too so I do not feel safe at all anymore. Security cameras dont work either, plus there is a security car that drives around and they are unable to stop the break ins on their property. We have 3 adults that live in our apartment and only allowed one parking spot, most residents... park on the street where cars constantly get broken into. Mold on the windows inside apartments and the paint actually washes off the doors and windows. This place seemed nice to move into but after living here for 6 months, we wish we found a better place. My Car keeps getting broken into because there is not enough parking spots. There has been aproximately 20 car break ins in the last 4 weeks. Front gate is always broken, too so i dont feel safe at all anymore. Security cameras dont work either, plus their is a security car that drives around and that still doesnt help.
