Really bad

I am a resident who lives here now, why would I give 1 star, if there were 0 stars I would choose 0. 1. The office staff never help you solve problems, procrastination, nonsense, and shirking responsibilities are the norm. They really don't deserve this salary. 2. The gate in the parking lot was broken, and it took almost a year to repair it. 3. The trash cans outside are always full of rubbish and no one is picking it up. If you don’t want your car tires to be punctured by glass, please don’t… come here. 4. House prices increase arbitrarily every year. Initially, they use more favorable prices to attract guests, and then increase the prices. The only thing that makes me happy is that the maintenance staff and the cleaning people in the building are really good. And the guy sitting motionless in the office doing nothing is really a pity how such a person can find a job.

Problematic Environment

This is a great location and the building are nice. It is close to enough to BART that I can get to work easily in San Francisco. But I am having the worst experience living here, the floors are laminate so they absorb nothing and I have a neighbor that parties all the time. Literally nothing has been done about it, worst place I have ever lived at especially for the price. If you are already getting an average of 10 hours of sleep a week because you need to wake up to get to work around 9,… I would consider living elsewhere. Most other places I have lived at the only floor that has laminate was the first floor at least for rooms that weren't the kitchen and bathroom, which makes sense but not here. 4 months in and I am already considering leaving because I can't take it anymore.

Great Building in a good location

As a new resident of Parc on Powell, I have been pleased overall with our apartment. We were able to get a large apartment for a reasonable price considering the comparable neighborhood rates. The community features a heated pool, a spa, a grill, a dog spa, a gym, a community room, assigned garage parking, and outdoor patios. It's only a block away from the free Emery-Go-Round shuttle which stops at Ikea, Target, the movie theaters, and several other shops. The only downside is that it seems… like some areas could be bigger for the size of the complex (the gym could be larger and have more equipment, there should be more than one grill, etc.). But overall it's a great place for the price!
