Terrible Communication
As much as I appreciated living here, The Bridge needs improve their communication through email or even phone call.
Communication at this apartment is the worst. From the beginning of signing a lease to trying to get my deposit back after moving out, every step of the way communication from the leasing office has been terrible. I never knew a apartment complex would be so incompetent that they would send a deposit check, after moving out, to their own apartment complex because "the system was... not updated with the new forwarding address". Also, why do I have to be the one to call to follow up to find out about this 2 months after moving out?
