First time you walk into this apartment you wI'll be blown away with how big your living area is! This was the the main reason we signed up. The dining room and kitchen has an open feel. A table can house 6 chairs comfortably. And still room for your wine stand. Your bedroom is great size for your queen size bed, long dresser and 2 night stands..And still room to walk on both sides to make the bed. Both bedrooms have an expansive room for clothes and other misc.
oh, did I share how central... you are to a beautiful lagoon, library, city hall, grocery store, post office, farmer's market. Do I need to say more? Oh, one more cool benefit is this complex has been coded for condo living meaning extra insulation was installed. Very quiet here. So when you come home here you can kick off your shoes and feel the serenity and calmness around you.
