STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
This community was once everything a tenant could wish for—well-maintained, responsive management, and an overall pleasant living experience. As someone who has been both a tenant and a landlord, I’ve always made it a priority to ensure my tenants feel valued and their concerns are addressed with care. Sadly, since this property was bought out, the new management team has completely failed to meet basic standards. They are dismissive, unprofessional, and show no regard for tenant issues.
My... wife and I suffered an unimaginable loss when they mishandled and lost our wedding suit, dress, and other sentimental items we shipped back from Spain. Their response? Cold, unhelpful, and indifferent.
Security here is also abysmal. My Mercedes was broken into, and there wasn’t a single working camera to provide footage or identify the culprit. The so-called “secure” garage remains perpetually open, likely because management either can’t afford to fix it or simply refuses to.
Noise disturbances late into the night are a recurring problem, and management does nothing to address them. It’s clear they’ve chosen to ignore the needs and safety of their tenants entirely.
I deeply regret renting here and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.
