One bedroom one bathroom
Hello I am a mother of four children and currently me and my boyfriend and four children live in a one bedroom apartment. It is acceptable but we are crowded. We currently pay $563.99 and it includes water and garbage. It is a nice one bedroom apartment and I like it. I just feel the price is a little pricey especially considering the area. The community isn't the best but they are okay. It is hard to keep up with my bills and the manager doesn't really do anything to fix the stuff that goes... wrong. That is another reason I feel the price is too much. If I was to win free rent for life I would be able to afford other bills and my children's needs. If not I am happy for whoever does win.

It's okay.
I've lived here for about a year now. It's okay. It's more of a "if you don't bother your neighbors, they won't bother you" type of place. I lived here back in 2010 and they have improved a little, not much though. There's still a lot of people who party during the weekends. My upstairs neighbors are always, ALWAYS arguing during the day and late into the night. I get woken up around 3/4 in the morning to their yelling. I hear everything since they room is right above mine. I kid you not, I can... even hear when punches are thrown. I don't feel safe here. And sometimes I contemplate on calling the cops when the neighbors argue, but then I think no because if they find out I called the cops, maybe they'll start messing with me and give me a hard time. So I keep to myself.
Also, I've gone to the property manager several times for her to send the maintenance guy to check out my bathtub because the "tiles" on my bathtub wall are coming off and for as much as I clean, the black "mold" doesn't seem to come off. And my neighbors always put their trash outside the front door and it smells.
But on a brighter note, the outside of the apartments were recently painted. That's all.
