DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY

Homeless people in every dumpster roaches mice ant problem old washer and dryers don’t get your deposit back rent increase every year this year 2021 during the pandemic they raise rent twice!

Valley view apartments

I've been living at my apartment for 4 years now and love the little community here.The staffs are really nice and we always have community meeting and monthly newsletters semt out to everyone. When I first moved into my apartment the staff put together a welcome gift bag and made you feel like family and part of the community . Every other month all the tenants can enter to win prizes and play games to win prizes. For example we can enter to win gift baskets for mothers day or a grocery gift... card or toward grocery during Thanksgiving or Christmas. They are really good at getting maintenance done in a timely matter.

The Good and The Bad

One good thing is that it's right down the block from a Costco and and Winco Supermarket. So I can get gas and groceries at a reasonable price. One bad thing is their inconsistencies with routine check-ups of the smoke detectors and lawn maintenance. Plus you better make sure you do a through walk thru before you move in and take pictures of every nook and cranny of anything that looks broken, dented or dirty. That's what we did, but it looks like we still missed something. We had a to get a... dent in the hall closet fixed and had to pay for it from our own pockets because they tried to claim that we made it. The only thing we kept in the space was blankets and blankets aren't hard enough to dent.

Valley View

I have been living at Valley View for almost 2 years now, it is located across from a shopping center with a grocery store, Costco, small shops and fast food restaurants. Valley View is also located across from the local Military base, sure it is a little noisy but it is really cool to see all the variety of airplanes and helicopters that one might not see living in a different area of town. The complex has 2 well maintained swimming pools, a nice Tennis court, 1 small gym, basketball hoop, and... beach volleyball.
