Wine Tasting ('Sideways, the movie area), beaches, the Danish town of Solvang, antiques, Nojoqui Falls, The Chumash Casino (gambling/concerts) are all less than 15 minutes away. Everything else you'll need is just 5 minutes north, in the town of Buellton.
There are miles of private roads on the property great for hiking, jogging, and mountain biking. You will enjoy the rolling hills, canyons, valleys, and seasonal creeks and ponds. During winter and through the early summer months the grass is green and the ponds are often full. The views are always beautiful.
