This place sucks

They left our apartment without hot water for 30 days. They take advantage of students because of how they overcharge you on your deposit. Not the best place to be at. There are roaches everywhere. They re-painted the whole apartment when there was nothing wrong with it and charged the tenants when it was their upgrade.

Pass on this one!!! I live here current and can’t wait until we move. !!

Save your energy and money and DO NOT rent here! Unless you are a party animal that likes living in a cockroach infested, dirty building with loud, nasty, ghetto neighbors that are allowed by management to constantly violate and disrespect quite hours and the property. Management is incompetent and a joke because they violate the rules and regulations too!! If you report a nuance or multiple nuances management will pretend like they are doing something to resolve or escalate the problem to upper... management but will not. Then will try to make it seem like you are the problem so they don’t have to deal with serious excessive noise, parties at all hours and other intolerable nuances. They are afraid to enforce the rules and regulations here. They will ask you to call the police and do nothing after to resolve matters. They will down play any noise complaints because they don’t have the skills to address the issues. Someone on management has a deal with the tow company because they have towed tenants and anyone else the can tow off the property illegally. If you ask for a repair it takes months to get done and it is usually not done by a qualified professional. The views are beautiful but you won’t get to enjoy them because of sleep deprivation from all the nonsense of dealing with bad neighbors and management.

The Worst Service!!

Worst management service! I went to the property to try and walk in for leasing information. There is a call box outside, called the manager, no answer. Found a paper taped to the window by the door, so I decided to call the first person, which was named Angela. She answer and we agreed on meeting the fallowing day. After the phone call She even texted me confirming the address and time, which I replied to confirming. The next day comes I arrive 10 minutes early, got down walked towards the... office used the call box to call the manger AGAIN no answer, so I decided to call her at her phone number. well guess what NO ANSWER!. So I texted her letting her know I was there, guess what NO REPLY. A car went out so I was able to get in the apartments and walk myself to look through. Absolutely ugly! Throughout the day no call, no text of the “manager”. I wished they’d upload pictures of the complex so people don’t waste their time in attempting to see the apartments! I highly recommend people to not waste your time in checking these apartments out!

DONT RENT HERE, YOU WONT GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK AND THEY WILL CHARGE YOU EXTRA

This place is awful, cockroaches crawling around and people constantly hitting your car when parking because of tiny spaces. The manager is a real piece of work, he will constantly accuse you of random offenses with zero proof to back up his claims. If you want to get your deposit back, or at least have a valid reason for not getting your deposit back, this really isn't the place to go.

Find a new place to live!!

One of the worst living experiences I have ever had to deal with. The location of the place is nice. I had an amazing view, I was located very close to my school, and it was on the hill away from the town. The worst part about living here is the landlord named Zahdid. When you call for maintenance he take forever to fix the situation or doesn't fix it at all! He will also constantly harass you about an little thing. Living her is like living in a college dorm where you have an RA constantly... breathing down your neck. He treats everyone like they are children, he tries to give you these rules like he is some type of officer and he will stalk you 24/7 on the cameras he has around the complex. Please do yourself a favor and do not work here.
