Built about 1947. From the outside our small apartment complex looks quaint. Parking is very limited. If you rent a single unit only street parking is available. Depending on what side of the building you live on there is alot of street noise especially on weekends & Hollywood Bowl nights. Traffic on those nights is horrendous and forget about finding parking close to the building. Some pets are allowed however they are not allowed in the grassy areas. We've had a high turnover rate due mainly... to the management of the building.
