Great place to live but can get a little noisy at times but where isn’t in IV. Great maintenance staff & amenities. A little pricey per month I will admit but there are a lot of things it includes.

Issues with noise control, had reported to management as instructed, but still poorly managed, with no improvements. Bike s are very disorganized with many abandoned bikes taking up spaces.

Just so so. The things here are not working, very poor maintenance, for example, the drier in laundry room took my money without drying my clothes. The customer service is not that great.

Apartment was dirty upon move in. Dishwasher was moldy. Nice pool. No overhead lighting. Kitchen has nice countertops and comes with a microwave and electric oven.

Very nice place and very nice people who live here as well. I like being close enough to school and work as well. Whenever we have an issue, we always put in a request for maintenance and they always come and help.
