Hot tub property in upper Kings... Beach just minutes from the Lake! Home has 3 well appointed bedrooms, each with a queen bed and 2.5 bathrooms to boot. Sleeps up to 12 guests in 3 Queen Beds, 1 Pullout Sleeper Sofa, 1 Queen blow up mattress and 1 Trundle-bed with 2 Twins (not pictured).

The spacious and bright kitchen has granite counter tops and all newer stainless appliances. Open concept layout allows you to view the living area from the kitchen. It has gas fireplace and vaulted ceilings a large Smart television for streaming and two new leather couches, one of which folds out into a sleeper for extra sleeping capacity. There is also dining space for 4 at the main table, 2 more at a smaller table and 2 at the kitchen island, breakfast bar.

The master suite is on the upper floor and has an in-suite bathroom and a walk in closet a queen bed and a small, television with Firestick for streaming. There’s also a Trundle Bed with 2 Twins in this room for overflow capacity or kids. Off the master before the kitchen there’s a powder room with linen closet. The lower level houses access to the 2+ car garage, the laundry, a second full bathroom with tub-shower combo and two more bedrooms, each with queen beds.

Off the living room there’s a deck overlooking the front yard that has two chairs facing south for the fullest sun of the day. Out the back way there’s a larger deck with forest views and a NEW private hot tub where you can take a dip and relax after a long day hitting the slopes.

POLICIES & DISCLOSURES

•Deposit is equal to One Month's Rent with the balance of the ski lease term paid in advance.
•Parking for 4-6 vehicles in the paved, flat driveway and garage. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
•AWD/4WD vehicles are strongly advised during the winter months.
•Dogs considered with additional monthly fee. See Agent for restrictions & details.
•Renter's Insurance required for duration of ski lease term.
•Security camera on site.
•Snow Plow Contract to be obtained by Owner once lease is signed. Tenant shall reimburse owner for the cost of seasonal service in full.

RATES

***Rate includes 2 hours of bi-monthly spa service and dump & scrub at lease end, 2 hours of housekeeping service each month, keyless entry technology, internet, cable TV, water/sewer, trash, garage parking.***
