other than the issues I mentioned I think Valentia is a nice community to live. Management staff Rick is very helpful, he very good front liner to the community. The maintenance staff are nice too.

from the tour to moving in and even after the staff at valentia by windsor made everything easy. the staff is very quick to respond to emails and very helpful and friendly. we’ve lived here only a month but it has been a great month and i’m happy to be living here

We think Manager Santina, Mr. Rick and Ms. Kelly are awesome!!!, they are always so professional, cordial, concern, truly care, always making sure my wife and I are happy here, to be honest, they are the reason why we are here, thank you very much all. We also love the facility, best in the area.
