The District is conveniently located in La Mesa within range of my kids school. It is gated and has all the necessary amenities and more for my needs. The units come with nice appliances, layout, and design for a decent price compared to other apartments in and outside of the area. Leasing staff are easily accessible via email and phone.

It’s not really a luxury apartment complex, our East pool was always closed, and the elevator is broken half the time. Not sure I can recommend this so happily.

It's a great facility. People are friendly and helpful. It's clean and well maintained and pet friendly. Plenty of parking and public transportation is literally ant your doorstep which is a plus for me. It's a big complex and it can be intimidating at first and not something I'm used too, but, I adjusted very quickly and very grateful to be here . Leasing agents are top notch . Tess was very helpful and patient with me and my partner. Sincerely M.Rock

Selecting The District East was a fantastic decision for me. I needed to find an apartment that would offer a minimum 3-month lease and accept my two beloved cats. I found exactly what I was looking for. The entire office team was very welcoming and made my move in experience beyond expectations.
