Professionally designed for modern luxury, this 2,730 square ft house is ideal for an extended getaway. The home offers a shaded backyard over the pool, making it a great escape even in the summer. Start your day with a morning coffee on the patio among hummingbirds and butterflies. Stay productive with 500 Mbps high-speed mesh WiFi throughout the house and backyard, and multiple laptop-friendly working areas. Take an afternoon dip in the deep saltwater pool, and in the evening, enjoy outdoor dining on the patio or gather around the fire pit or hot tub spa.
If you would like to have the pool heated, there is an extra $99 charge with a minimum of 2 nights. We can sometimes accommodate one small dog under 10 lbs, which must be pre-approved and pre-paid. The fee is $450 non-refundable for one small dog. We are unable to accommodate cats or multiple dogs.

The house is perfectly located within driving distance to Joshua Tree Park, Palm Springs, Coachella Valley, and Indian Wells. Easy access to Highway 111 and I-10, with plenty of neighborhood walking and biking opportunities.
No parties, large gatherings, or extra guests are allowed. All guests staying overnight must be listed on the reservation. Adult guests must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking, with a valid ID required upon booking. La Quinta has a noise ordinance with quiet hours from 10pm to 7am, and noise levels must remain below 70 decibels at all times. Noise is actively monitored using a noise sensor. Nest thermostats are scheduled to cool to 78F during the day and 75F at night. Regular maintenance services, including pool, pest, and gardening, are scheduled and posted at the home. Guests are responsible for putting trash bins to the curb weekly and ensuring bins are returned to the side of the house for storage between collection days. Any citations for sanitation violations issued by the city of La Quinta will be charged to the guest.
