Stay Away If You Value Your Sanity & Safety
Fire alarm began chirping late one night - the fire department couldn't come disconnect it because they were on a call (understandable); HOWEVER, upon trying to access any after hours and "emergency" numbers for the apartments, absolutely no answers. The first number redirects to an eye doctor. The security guard's phone was turned off. And the "emergency maintenance" number led to no answer, and not even a voicemail box set up. I will be breaking my lease and moving ASAP. Absolutely terrible... mismanagement that will only serve to make your life worse. Look elsewhere.

Thank you for taking a moment to share your concerns. Your feedback is extremely valuable to us, as we are looking to create the best experience for our residents. We’ve corrected the oversight of not having the voicemail set up correctly for our... maintenance emergency number. In addition, we have included the phone number of our on-call maintenance technician on the voicemail to prevent this from happening again. Should you still have concerns with regards to this matter, please contact me at (661)942-0730 or via email at joseg@esring.com.
Thank you for your residency at Parkwood Apartments.
