Nice apartments inside

I'd to say that these are senior and disabled apartments. If you are disabled and have children you can rent here, which is not known. But, when your children turn 18 they must move unless they are disabled. Their is a new manager that seems to be working out much better than the last one. Some of the apts have had a problem with roaches. The apts. are nice but could be larger but larger than a lot of other low income apts. The two bedroom has a smaller living room which I don't' like. ... They just did some remodeling and took out all the bathtubs and replaced them with a walk in shower. The patio is nice size and so is the bathroom which has storage. The kitchen has quite a bit of food storage and their is a storage on the patio. The are all electric and central heating and air. Their is a window in the kitchen. If you rent here, stay to yourself. Their are a lot of busy body old ladies that live here and even spread rumors. Their is a mini Walmart down the street, a Safeway and Raley's close by and so are the schools.
