Open path is unreliable and needs to be changed to something that is consistent. Otherwise I would say maintenance is consistent and up keep of building is good so far.

I absolutely love living in this stunning building! The architecture and design are modern and beautifully maintained, making it a pleasure to come home every day. The staff is incredible—always friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any request, which really makes a difference. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of everything, yet it still feels quiet and safe. I always feel secure walking around, even late at night. If you’re looking for a prime location with top-notch... amenities and a welcoming atmosphere, this is the perfect place!

I absolutely love living at Legacy. The atmosphere is amazing—it’s a peaceful retreat away from the pollution and noise of the city, but you can still enjoy both tranquility and entertainment. There’s no chance of getting bored since it’s just a short walk to all the bars and restaurants downtown, and the upscale amenities here provide everything I need. I also want to commend the leasing department for their friendly and professional service. Special shout-out to Diane, who was fantastic! She... made the entire move-in process smooth and efficient, handling everything perfectly.

I love the amenities and the trash valet! The rooftop pool is great. The office staff has been very helpful getting me moved in and helping with the technology of the building !
