Wonderful experience

My wife and I lived here at the landmark for over a year (23’-24’) and had a wonderful experience. Property manager, Michelle, was always very helpful and especially friendly - willing to tend to any needs that we had. Great neighbors and safe community. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking.

The only main issue we saw was parking, which could sometimes be tricky if you have more than one car and the lot is full. We knew of people getting towed on a few occasions...
because they couldn’t clearly tell which spots were marked. On both occasions it was over $500 to get the cars back. Just ensure that you’re parked in an unmarked spot and you won’t have issues.

I can’t stress enough how safe we felt. Especially considering the San Joaquin area, this was very important for us and we felt safe the whole time we were there. Patrolling security and locked gates helped tremendously.

Beware not smoke free community

Lived here for more than 3 years. This property is not smoke free as advertised. You bring this up to management nothing gets done. If looking for a smoke free environment look elsewhere.

Horrible Management

Management will find any way to get you to move out. From sending a notice to pay 100$ for your utilities or having your car towed when there is clearly and handicap placard in the window. There roaches and it’s way over priced for the location it’s in. 0/10 would NOT recommend living here.

Terrible Apartments

Apartments are very outdated. Management isn't responsive. Electrical system in every apartment blows put continuously. Parts of the cabinet are falling apart. Courtyards are never maintained. Neighbors are loud and management does nothing about it.

Cute apartments

I’ve been living here for a few months now and I honestly love the way they have renovated the place! The apartment is cute and cozy and modernized! Staff is easy to work with and the neighborhood is pretty quiet and calm. Seems like things are still be worked on on the outside of the apartment complex that can cause some ruckus but overall really love this apartments! Definitely check them out.
