Whispering Palms Apartments

Great if you want few English-speaking neighbors, loud noise, drug-dealing neighbors, no maintenance (they'll come fix things, but only a temporary fix, or doesn't fix it at all), bug and mold problems. And kicking us out to renovate with no option to move into the renovated ones without re-applying. Very thin walls, can hear everything in neighboring units and outside. Poor insulation, drafty windows. They randomly paint stairwell without notice. Poor care taken of outside property as well,... except lawn/tree maintenance, which is early in the morning when people are trying to sleep. The only plus is that they have been the cheapest basically in the area- but they are raising rent after renovating and probably will have the same problems because they never really fix anything.
