Please note, this unit is one of the largest one bedroom units in the building and is directly front facing the ocean. The smaller 1 bedroom units on the side of the building directly overlook the street and other buildings and you have to look at an angle in order to see the ocean in those units.
Fall asleep to the sounds of crashing waves. This is one of the few front facing oceanfront units in all of long beach where the crashing of the waves is the loudest due to the positioning of the breakwater wall in the ocean.
This unit is extremely quiet as the floors and ceiling are sold concrete and all of the perimeter walls of the unit are reinforced concrete cinderblock.
