Overall the place is nice and in a good location. The maintenance staff is wonderful. They make sure we are taken care ok. Changes need to be made for holding people accountable

It's a great place to live in Long Beach, centrally located in downtown, close to it all and has a great staff. The ladies in the office are the best and so is Richie the maintenance guy!
