So disrespectful staff
I have been here for 5 months so far and I don't know how to describe their level of unprofessionalism, lack of communication and lack of respect for their tenants. From day 1 and I'm having problems with them not doing what they supposed to do. Maintenance requests take weeks to be done. A maintenance request once took more that 2 months!
Other than how rude they talk to tenants; they even tell lies. They told me we're sending someone right away for a maintenance request, then they just ignored... me till they left for the day. I wonder how they still in business. I can't wait for my lease to end so I can get out of here!
