I live near the USC campus and this place is the perfect spot for me to be secluded at times and yet near all LA has to offer as well. Eric is great at what he does. He is a very knowledgable guy when it comes to about anything and he will take a look at any problem immediately if they show up. He keeps his customers in mind and connects with them all on a personal, friendly level. He is very easy to reach out to and an overall good guy. I would recommend living here to most anyone. Great... location and great service.
