You will have to pay for the DWP and cable if you want it (already set up - all you have to do is call Spectrum). The area is walking distance to tons of great restaurants, coffee places and the iconic Sawtelle neighborhood. You can walk to the E Line Metro station (3 blocks away) and in 10 minutes you are either in the heart of Santa Monica or in Downtown Culver City. Yet, the building is very quiet. We lived there for more than 25 years and loved it. A lot of the residents have been there for longer than that. The perfect tenant is one who is looking for a new home for the long run and will respect our neighbors and friends the way we did for all these years. Sorry no dogs.
