Never let anyone you care about rent at this building

My girlfriend and I have rented our apartment for over a year now and we are so excited to leave. The floor and walls leak whenever it rains. They will send somebody out and they will spend an entire day working, and it will leak the next time it rains. There are constant plumbing issues. There will be a water shut off to the entire building pretty much every week and it will last the entire day. We have woken up to sewage water spilling out of our toilet and filling out bathtub multiple times.... There was three inches of standing water in our bathroom and the landlord didn’t respond for over an hour and a half. Following instructions from the plumbers, we had to throw alway sheets, towels, clothes etc. due to our things being covered in sewage. The management company did nothing to help with the cost. When we finally talked to the plumber he said that he had never seen something like that and honestly didn’t know how it happened or if it would happen again. I’ve never left a review before but this place is a joke of an apartment building.
