Dirty and noisy

Renters beware. Super noisy with restaurants and bars open till 4 AM playing super loud music and drag racing down on third Street. Building is dirty and management doesn’t care about the safety of the tenants and endless break-ins into cars, packages being stolen and property being stolen. The roof is a joke also dirty and no shade. There are much better buildings for a lot less money.
