Worst apartment building I have ever lived in. Nothing about it is luxury. There a lot of other building in the area where you get what you pay for and I would avoid the araya at all costs.

- the appliances in the apartment are incredibly cheap. Every single appliance I have has broken in less that 1 year of living here. I have gone without a refrigerator and dishwasher for days.
- the building is so cheaply make it’s crazy. It’s so obvious they cut corners and make it look luxury but it’s... actually far from it. The insulation is so bad you hear all of the sound from the building like rain water and traffic in the street no matter how high you are to the point it will keep you up at night.
- the construction in the building lobby and next door (thier sister property being built) is a major inconvenience. Not only is it INCREDIBLY noisy all the time but it also disrupts you ability to leave the building conveniently. I am often later because construction is blocking my exit or requires a detour due to construction. Imagine not being able to enter or leave your in apartment on your own time.

Its nice looking and modern and looks awesome, but for a new build and for the price that they are asking for rent, you'd expect at least a small standing pool and spa/ hot tub and some tanning chairs, but there is none. There are so many great buildings just as nice in this area that offer everything this building has to offer along with a pool and spa with the same luxury experience for $500-1k cheaper for 1 and 2 bedrooms.
