K2LA is Amazing!

I LOVE K2LA! We've lived here for almost a year and I can truly say this is one of the best places in Koreatown! Not only are there AMAZING views from our rooftop and awesome amenities, but the customer service here is incredible. Megan in the Leasing office is so helpful and nice! She definitely makes living here feel so welcoming. This location is also in an area where there is food, bars, clubs, venues, and museums all within a 10-20 mile radius! We absolutely would recommend these apartments... to our friends and family!

Great experience lobbing here

I’ve been living here for a year now, every worker here is so friendly and helpful, security guards are available 24/7 the whole building is always very clean and peaceful. Very safe place they don’t let anybody in without calling you first to make sure you’re waiting for them.

NIGHTMARE

There are many complaints with this property. I highly suggest you look at another property. Poor management and disorganization. It's dirty here. Management doesn't know how to do their job. It's not a safe place to live.

I hated LA but not anymore

I moved from orange county due to my job. i dreaded it because i hate k-town and just la in general. But after 1 week of moving here, K-town isn't so bad after all. There's a rooftop lounge area with an amazing view. At first when they took me to the roof, all i saw was A/C units. I was like what? But then you walk around into a lounging paradise. Washer/Dryer in the unit makes me feel like a baller. Boba Time and Korean BBQ right around the corner. The building is clean right down to the... garage and even the trash area. The apartments are the nicest i've ever been, but what stands out is the staff. Erica, Christine, Michaela, Monica, and my security homies are some of the best people. Friendly, informative, professional, and fun. The amenities are great and all that are great, but the staff makes me miss home every minute I'm away. Come live here, but you gotta be cool. :)

Great Place in the Heart of Koreatown

I have lived in K2 for a year now and its been great!

1) Staff is awesome - sure they have changed a few staff members since I first moved in but the news ones are super accommodating! Christine and Erica are very helpful and will resolve any issues that arise.

2) Hosted get to know your neighbors happy hours / Events - 4-5 times since moving in we have had events for the tenants.

3) Electricity bill is soooo low - I run my a/c 24/7 - I am used to paying $90-$130/month in the summer for my...
a/c bill. Our bill has not been over $20 since moving in....what! They told me it would be low before I moved in but it is unbelievably low.

4) Location - Koreatown is awesome and safe. Alot of bars and korean bbqs are local and you can walk to them without having to uber everywhere.

5) The amenities - the pool, gym, lounge areas, bbqs are all luxury.
