Bad management

Hidden utility fees, poor communication, did not give me any of the access codes for my unit for about a week after my move in date, I had to luckily run into one of my roommates and get it from them.
Stolen packages from inside "secure" apartment complex. I gave them the time stamps from package delivery to when I checked (about 20 minutes) And they refused to check cameras. But they used the same cameras to check my roommate when she had a guests over to write her up.
Plumbing issues...
persisted the entire duration of my year here. Wifi is is included but goes down sometimes for days at a time, and the signal fades in and out.
We have AC but it's shared across all rooms, so if you have a unit with multiple people you will need to communicate a shared temperature or end up waking up randomly throughout the night with it being cranked all the way up or down if they are fighting over it.
If someone reports you for breaking a rule, such as having someone over or being messy, they will not allow you to tell your side, so it really only matters who complains first.
"Luxury" apartment that feels more like living in college dorms.

They charge $$$ in utilities!!!

They charge very random utilities charges and do not return the security deposits.

Perfect Choice!

I am so glad I found the Beverly by Common! I am new to the area and this apartment was a winner for me. The location was perfect for my lifestyle as well as the rooftop deck is perfect for relaxing after a long day. Customer Service has been great too with my questions being new to the area/co-living lifestyle. This place cannot be beat!

Terrible management. Unresponsive support

Terrible management. Unresponsive support. I’ve been on hold about a power outage for 2 hours. They are not responsive for emergencies. And they don’t provide what they say. Living amenities not provided.

Whenever there is an emergency or a need for support they are unresponsive. They will leave you to deal with maintenance issues
