Great neighborhood, friendly neighbors, bad parking
This is a super cute building (like the kind of brick, flower covered building you picture as a city apartment) in Miracle Mile. The building is clean and well kept-up, and it's very quiet. There is always a washer and dryer open in the laundry room, which is great! There is no AC, but I've had no problem keeping cool with the ceiling fan, and the showers are updated and *amazing.* The price is also unbeatable! The only negative is parking -- I pay for monthly parking at the Bank of America down... the street, but you can get away with street parking if you don't mind walking a few blocks.
