Avoid at All Costs — Horrible Experience from Day One
I wouldn't wish living here on my worst enemy-- and that is saying something.
I’ve had a number of living situations over the years, and this is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced. From the moment I moved in, the management company became completely unresponsive. After collecting the security deposit, they essentially disappeared. They’re not onsite, and all communication must go through email or phone—neither of which gets a response, even after their stated 24–48 hour window.
They... advertise professional cleaning services and shared space maintenance, but in reality, the cleaning is rushed, and tenants are left to fend for themselves. The unit I toured looked spotless—what I actually moved into was a completely different story. I haven’t been able to use the kitchen for weeks due to layers of filth, dried sauces, and leftover food. It’s so bad that I’ve had to rely on friends’ kitchens or eat out just to avoid it.
Even more concerning is the lack of proper tenant screening. They only run credit checks, no background checks. One of my suitemates is exhibiting erratic and unsafe behavior, which has made the environment feel increasingly unstable. Despite multiple efforts from both me and another roommate to raise these concerns, management continues to ignore us.
Yes, the rent is cheap—but trust me, it’s not worth the stress, health risks, or constant frustration. If I could go back, I’d sign with literally any other property.
If you value your peace of mind, safety, or just basic human decency in how you're treated as a tenant—look elsewhere.
