Lived here for 4 years and it's progressively gotten worse. The elevators have not been working for the past year and the leasing team are very unhelpful. Don't move here.

I’ve never experienced such bad management. Elevators, front doors, fob readers, etc break down all the time, leaving you unable to enter your own apartment building.
Management has towed our car from our assigned stall. Other people have also parked in our assigned stall.
They said we could bbq on our patios as long as it’s not a charcoal bbq then changed their minds. There’s only one public bbq for 200+ units.
Plumbing is terrible.
Avoid this management company at all costs.

The apartments are spacious, but living in this community is not as great as it is made out to be. The staff is kind, but incompetent. New employees are replacing old ones almost on a quarterly basis. The "managers" are totally inept and unhelpful. There are endless maintenance issues in the buildings and apartments. Dog urine everywhere in the hallways, trash overflowing, etc. The price is enticing and some reviews must have been rewarded by a rent decrease because the positive reviews are not... the general sentiments of the residents that I know.

We have been residents here at Glo for over a year now. Living in this complex has been a wonderful experience. The management and staff are all hard working and friendly. The grounds and common areas are always being cleaned. This is the place to live in downtown L.A.

I live in the Glo Apartments in Downtown Los Angeles, and I must say it is the best renting experience I have ever had. 2Bd/1Bth on the fifth floor with a washer/dryer. Fitness center (and I mean a real fitness center, not a treadmill and two dumbbells tossed in a basement), pool, jacuzzi, two social areas, and my favorite amenity: A SCREENING ROOM! There is a freaking movie theater here.
The perks are amazing, and the management staff are very nice and considerate. I love this place.
