Glitzy but management is absent, and the building is very noisy

If I could give 0 stars I would. Management does not take tenant's concerns seriously and will not respond for weeks at a time. To top it off, there is no management office, just a mailbox to contact for any issues so they never see you face to face. When management does respond, they are extremely unprofessional with their responses. This doesn't even get into the noise issues of this building. Whoever had the wonderful idea of tile floors in the units needs to be forced to live here the rest... of their lives so they can hear every vibration of the people above and below them, every second your neighbors are home. The noise is enough to infuriate even the most seasoned renter. There's a good reason most apartments have laminate or wood flooring. The tile is uneven and seems like something meant to be used outdoors except for the bathrooms which have indoor tile. With all of the competition and other buildings surrounding this one, I would not rent here again even as a last resort. It is a new building, but that just means management hasn't worked out the problems of this building and feels they have little reason to respond to tenants. Don't be fooled by it's sleek, modern design. Living here is not worth the literal headache.
